What we do

The Community Health Mission (CHM) offers free primary healthcare to approximately 6,000 uninsured residents of Savannah, Ga.   If you are between the ages of 18 and 64, have no health insurance, are not eligible for Medicare or Medicaid, live or work in Savannah or the surrounding area and your income meets the Federal guidelines, you may be eligible for our services.
