The Community Health Mission’s Two Day Summer ‘Mother’s Helping Mothers’ Children’s Event is a spectacular two day event that will begin at the Flying Frogs, which is an indoor activity center for children and end the following day at (location to be announced) which will be converted into an outdoor play area with ten inflatable jumpers for children.
We would like for your business to be one of the potential organizations that will help make the marketing of this event a success, while at the same time giving your company the exposure it deserves. Your sponsorship dollars will help this event become a reality for the Community Health Mission. A 100% of the proceeds from the tickets sold will go directly to help and uninsured mother to receive FREE primary healthcare including pap-smears and screening mammograms.
The CHM Two Day Summer ‘Mothers Helping Mothers’ Children’s End of Summer Event will be heavily marketed to bring the event and its sponsors the best possible exposure. We have developed a detailed list which will aid you in choosing a sponsorship package that will best promote your business. Gold Sponsorship - $5000 (Only 3 available)
The Gold Sponsorship is only available to two companies. They will receive the following:
1) Full Color Glossy Programs – Listed on the cover as the Major sponsor for the event, plus the first signed sponsor
receives the back page of the program and the second can choose from the inside front or the inside back cover.
2) ¼ Page Card Stock Fliers – Listed at the top of the cards as the Major Sponsor of the event.
3) 100 Full Color Posters – Listed at the top of the posters as the Major Sponsor of the event.
4) 2500 piece Direct Mail Campaign – Listed at the top of the posters as the Major Sponsor of the Event.

Sponsor will receive the following:

Sponsor will receive the following: $400
